Tunde Kelani’s Dazzling Mirage wins the Prix du Public award #NollywoodWeek

Days ago, we reported that a host of Nigerian producers and actors traveled to Paris for the annual Nollywood Week Festival which features works by Nigerian producers.
In attendance this year are Tunde Kelani, Lala Akindoju, OC Ukeje, Kunle Afolayan and the Hollywood actor, Jimmy Jean-Louis.

The event which kicked off on June 4, 2015 at the l’Arlequin Theatre ended last night. And at the closing ceremony, the veteran producer, Tunde Kelani, was awarded the Prix du Public for his movie, Dazzling Mirage.


Kelani’s Dazzling Mirage, which tells the story of a young woman battling sickle cell anaemia, was released on June 2014 and it featured the amazing producer and director, Kunle Afolayan and Lala Akindoju.

Dazzling Mirage was adapted from a novel of same name by Olayinka Abimbola Egbokhare.
